Build your first sheet
By the end of this page you will have a sheet full of prospects, each row enriched with a work email, exported as a CSV. You need a pipe0 account. New accounts start in the sandbox environment, where providers are mocked and nothing bills, so you can practice the whole flow for free.
Create a sheet
Open the app and create a sheet inside a project. An empty sheet has no columns yet. Columns appear when you import data or add pipes.
Add rows with a search
Run a search to fill the sheet with records you don't have yet, for example software engineers in Berlin. Pick a source from the search catalog, set your filters, and set a result limit. The search creates one row per person, with input columns like name and company_domain.
If you already have a list, import a CSV instead. See Import rows and run searches.
Add a pipe column
Add the pipe person:workemail:waterfall@1 as a column. The pipe knows it needs name and company_domain and maps them to your existing columns. You don't configure anything else.
Run the sheet
Run it. Cells move through queued and processing to completed or no_result. A completed cell holds the found email. A no_result cell means the providers had nothing for that person, and you were not billed for a result you didn't get.
Export a CSV
Export the sheet. You get a download link for a CSV with every column, ready for your CRM or outreach tool.
Run the sheet again. Nothing recomputes and nothing bills, because every cell is already current. A run only touches stale cells: new rows, failed cells, or cells whose inputs changed. That is what makes sheets safe to re-run and cheap to keep fresh.
