Disclosure: pipe0 sells data enrichment and competes with FullEnrich in parts of this review. We say where FullEnrich is better.

> FullEnrich runs each contact through a waterfall of 20+ data providers and charges only when it finds something. It does one job, emails and mobile numbers, and keeps the waterfall itself out of sight.

**Verdict: 4.0/5.** The simplest way to buy emails and mobile numbers from a waterfall: upload a list, pay per result found, done. You can't see or change the providers, and a mobile number costs 10 credits.

| Criterion | Score | Why |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Ease of use | 4.5/5 | Upload a CSV or connect HubSpot and get emails and phones back. Nothing to configure, unlimited users on every plan. |
| Data quality | 4.0/5 | A waterfall of 20+ providers with email and phone verification. We haven't benchmarked it, and the order of providers is hidden. |
| Pricing value | 3.5/5 | From $29 for 500 credits and misses are free, but a mobile number costs 10 credits, about 35 to 58 cents depending on the plan. |
| API and agent access | 4.0/5 | A documented async API with webhooks, batches of 100, and an MCP server with OAuth. 60 requests a minute. |
| **Overall** (mean) | **4.0/5** | |

**Best for:**

- Sales teams that need emails and mobiles for a list, quickly
- HubSpot users who want enrichment without a new tool
- Anyone who wants waterfall coverage without building one

**Skip it if:**

- You want to see or choose the providers in the waterfall
- You need company data, signals, or enrichment beyond contacts
- Mobile numbers at volume are your main cost

**Price:** from $29/mo for 500 credits a month on Pro. Free plan available.

## What is FullEnrich? [#what-is-fullenrich]

FullEnrich does one thing: you give it people, and it gives you their work
emails, personal emails, and mobile numbers. Behind that sits a waterfall of
20+ data providers, Hunter, Wiza, ContactOut, and Snov among them, tried one
after another until one finds an answer. Founded in Paris and now based in
San Francisco, it raised a $2 million seed round in 2025 and sells mostly to
sales teams that want contact data without building anything.

You upload a CSV, connect HubSpot, or call the API. Every email is checked
for syntax, mail server, and mailbox before it comes back, and phone numbers
are checked for landlines and numbers that no longer work.

## Why the waterfall matters [#why-the-waterfall-matters]

A single database answers from one dataset, and where it is thin you get
nothing. A waterfall asks the next provider instead, so coverage grows with
every source behind it. FullEnrich sells exactly that coverage, packaged so
you never see the providers.

That packaging is the trade-off. You can't tell which provider answered, and
you can't change the order. When a result is wrong, or a provider is slow or
expensive, there is nothing to adjust. We haven't benchmarked FullEnrich, so
we can't say how its hidden order compares with an open one.

## What it costs [#what-it-costs]

Pro plans start at $29 a month for 500 credits and drop to 3.5 cents a credit
at 100,000. A work email costs 1 credit, a personal email 3, and a mobile
number 10. Results that aren't found cost nothing, landlines are free, and
re-enriching the same contact within three months is free too. Unused
credits roll over for three months on monthly plans.

The mobile price is where it adds up. At 10 credits each, a mobile number
costs about 58 cents on the smallest plan and 35 cents at the largest.

## FullEnrich for developers and agents [#fullenrich-for-developers-and-agents]

The API takes batches of up to 100 contacts and sends results back by signed
webhook, typically within 30 to 90 seconds per contact, at 60 requests a
minute. The MCP server at `mcp.fullenrich.com` signs in with OAuth, and
there is a CLI. All of it is included from the free trial up.

## FullEnrich vs pipe0 [#fullenrich-vs-pipe0]

pipe0 runs waterfalls too, and also bills only for results found. The
differences are what you can see and what else you get. A pipe0 waterfall is
curated and visible: you can see which provider answered and reorder them.
It sits next to company data, 100+ enrichments, and sheets that run on
schedules, and we measure it as about 7x as cost effective as waterfall
providers. Test that on your own list; the
[full comparison](/compare/pipe0-vs-fullenrich) has the details.

## Who should buy FullEnrich [#who-should-buy-fullenrich]

Buy FullEnrich if you need emails and mobile numbers for a list, you want
waterfall coverage without building one, and you don't need to know where
each answer came from.

Look elsewhere if you want to control the waterfall, if mobile numbers at
volume are your biggest cost, or if your needs go beyond contact details.

## FullEnrich pros and cons

### Pros

- **Waterfall coverage, no setup.** Each contact goes through 20+ providers, including Hunter, Wiza, ContactOut, and Snov, until one answers. You don't manage any of them.
- **Only pay for what it finds.** Not-found results and landlines cost nothing, and re-enriching the same contact within three months is free.
- **Verification built in.** Emails pass syntax, MX, and SMTP checks, including catch-all verification, and phones are checked for landlines and dead numbers.
- **Agent-ready.** An async API with signed webhooks, an MCP server for Claude and other clients, and a CLI, all included from the free trial up.

### Cons

- **A closed waterfall.** You can't see which provider answered or reorder them. When a result is wrong, there is nothing to tune.
- **Mobile numbers are expensive.** A mobile costs 10 credits and a personal email 3. On the smallest plan that is about 58 cents per mobile found.
- **Contacts only.** Emails, phones, and basic profiles. No company signals, custom enrichment, or scheduled syncs beyond HubSpot.
- **No browser extension.** FullEnrich retired its Chrome extension, so enrichment from LinkedIn runs through lists or integrations.

## FAQ

### How much does FullEnrich cost?

Pro plans start at $29 a month for 500 credits and go up to $3,500 for 100,000. A work email costs 1 credit and a mobile number 10, and results that aren't found are free. There is a free trial with 50 credits.

### How does FullEnrich's waterfall work?

Each contact goes through 20+ data providers in turn until one finds the email or phone number, and the result is verified before it comes back. FullEnrich doesn't show which provider answered or let you change the order.

### Does FullEnrich have an API and an MCP server?

Yes. The API takes batches of up to 100 contacts and returns results by signed webhook, at 60 requests a minute. The MCP server at mcp.fullenrich.com signs in with OAuth.

### Does FullEnrich have a Chrome extension?

Not anymore. FullEnrich retired its Chrome extension; enrichment now runs through CSV uploads, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay, the API, or MCP.

### FullEnrich or pipe0: what's the difference?

Both run waterfalls and charge only for results found. FullEnrich focuses on emails and phones with a fixed, hidden provider order. pipe0 lets you see and reorder the waterfall and adds company data, 100+ enrichments, and sheets that run on schedules.
